General Health & Safety Responsibility 一般性健康安全职责
 Follow national and local law and regulation which is link to HS concerned, ,在各自的工作分工职责范围内，贯彻执行相关的国家和地方的HS法律法规、规章、标准和政府通知要求，确保公司HS合规
 Make and maintain HS related management procedure ,participate to SOP creation and updating制定、保持并维护公司级HS管理制度，参与操作规程编制或修订
 Organize and participate daily safety inspection ,position inspection and professional inspection. Organize once at least fully safety inspection a month组织或参与日常安全生产检查、岗位检查和专业性检査，并每月至少组织一次安全生产全面检查
 Supervise hot work ,confined space ect special work permit review process,监督检查动火作业、受限空间作业等特殊作业许可的签批工作，按公司规定参与签署或审批特种作业许可证
 No recordable Injury for own employees and contractors under your responsibility or working in area under your responsibility. 负责区域内没有可记录事故发生，包括员工和承包商。

In Plant Level:
 Plant safety culture program development, Essential roll-out 工厂安全文化提升，阿科玛要素学习
 Chemical management including precursor chemical 化学品管理
 Owner of assigned HS procedures and provide training to concerned people 相关HS程序和培训的责任人
 OH including PPE management 职业卫生管理包括PPE
 Participation to plant emergency management 参与工厂的应急响应管理
 Plant safety board and safety label review 工厂安全标牌管理
 Prepare department PR in SAP, and HS budget monitoring. 部门PR管理和预算管理
 Backup for other HS engineers作为其他属地工程师的候补
 Others when assigned

In Responsible Area Level:
 HS representative of the assigned responsible area责任区域的HS代表
 Daily field safety check 每天的现场安全巡检
 SWP review and signing 作业许可证检查和签发
 PSSR inspection 责任区域的PSSR
 ORA, JEP and JHA support
 PGI support
 Risk review for MOC 变更的风向评估
 Responsible area finding and action plan follow-up (responsibility for HS department) 责任区域的行动项跟踪完成
 FF and emergency device regular checking 消防设施的检查
 Support to Tech, QC and HR&Adm emergency response 支持Tech、QC、HR&Adm三部门的应急响应
 JSA validation审核JSA

• Education & Knowledge 教育程度及知识
o Bachelor degree in Safety engineering preferred, or chemical process, or engineering related. 化工或工程类相关专业,本科学历

• Skills & Experience 技能和经验
o 6-10 years safety management experiences in chemical MNC 6-10年跨国化工企业安全管理经验
o the national certified safety engineer preferred国家注册安全工程师优先
o Good English skills both in oral and writing 良好的英语口语和书写能力
o Fluent in Office tools 熟悉办公软件
