The warehouse keeper is primarily responsible for daily management of warehouse materials, including receiving, isseing, storing, inventorying and safegurding. The role ensures material records match physical stock, maintains storage safety, improves warehouse space utilization and material flow efficiency. Specific duties include:
仓管员主要负责仓库物料的收发，存储，盘点，保管等日常管理工作，保障物料帐实相符，确保储存安全，提高仓储空间利用率和物料流转效率。

1. Strictly follow the inbond/outbond ticket, check the material part numbers and quantities, to ensure the accuracy. Strictly abide by the first-in-first-out principle, and do a goood job in the handover and registration of inbond and outbound materials. Report any abnormal situations in a timely manner.
严格按照出入库单据，核对物料型号，数量，确保出入库准确无误，并严格遵守先进先出原则，做好出入库物料交接与登记工作。如有任何异常情况及时上报。

2. Classify and store materials according to their characteristics, types and frequency of use, carry out good label management, and ensure convenient access to materials. Regularly inspect the storage status of warehouse materials, take protective measures, and timely handle and report materials with quality problems or expired.
根据物料特性、种类和使用频率进行分类存放，做好标识管理，确保物资存取方便。定期检查仓库物料存储状况，做好防护措施，对存在质量问题或过期的物料及时处理及上报。

3. Daily check the material account books against system data to ensure information consistency, and correct issues promptly upon discovery. Regularly conduct materials to ensure alignment between records and actual stocks.
每日核对物料台账与系统数据，确保信息一致，发现问题及时修正。定期对仓库物料进行盘点，确保帐实相符。

4. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete tasks such as material transfer and allocation.
配合相关部门完成物料的移库，调拨等工作。

5. Maintain the warehouse environment tidy, ensure smooth passageways, and comply with safety and 5S management requirements.
维护仓库环境整洁，确保通道畅通，符合安全和5S管理要求。

5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
完成上级交办的其他任务。

Qualifications for Warehouse keeper:
仓管员岗位的资格要求：

1. Education: High school/secondary technical school education or above, with preference for majors related to warehouse management.
教育背景：高中/中专及以上学历，仓储管理相关专业优先

2. Experience:
工作经验：
- 1+ years experience as a warehouse keeper, familiar with warehouse operation procedures. Those with working experience in chemical industry warehousing will be preferred.
1年以上仓管员工作经验，熟悉仓储作业流程，有化工行业仓储工作经验者优先

3. Technical Skills:
技能要求：
- Familiar with warehouse management systems and office software, capable of basic data entry and report preparation.
熟悉使用仓库管理系统及办公软件，能进行基本的数据录入和报表制作

4. Proficient in material management knowledge, and familiar with warehouse safety management and operation procedures. A folklift operator’s license is a plus.
