* Responsibilities职责
• Develop and optimize maintenance reliability program for site process equipment by collecting and analyzing equipment performance data and failure history data, and follow up the improvement actions.
• Maintain V./I./S., and related equipment maintenance strategies including spare part strategy
• Set the preventive/ predictive maintenance scheduling, track the finish progress and quality, make the improvement.
• Develop standard maintenance procedure, spare parts plan and audit, maintain in SAP.
• Creation function location, build and optimize maintenance system in SAP, include PM/PdPM, work order and spare parts usage., etc.
• Maintain team KPI, seek solution to meet the target
• Responsible for equipment optimization, and technical support to improve productivity and quality.
• Site vital equipment maintenance technical support (Elliott turbine, HZZN turbine, process compressor, axial flow pump.)
• Fails tracking, analysis and provide practical and valuable solutions to implementation.
• Working with production team to review AU performance monthly and define actions to follow-up.
• Set up long-term reliability action plans for plant and take leadership for tracking its implementation.

• Education & Knowledge 教育程度及知识
o Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, engineering or related major.
o Fluent in English, can communicate with foreign colleagues both written and oral.

• Skills & Experience 技能和经验
o At least 6+ years working experience foreign venture experience.
o 5+ years working experience in chemical plant.
o 3 years’ experience in equipment reliability.
o Demonstrated ability of continuous improvement for equipment reliability and maintenance process.
o Fluent in Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word etc.)
o Have strong trouble shooting and problem-solving capability, familiar with analysis tool like 5-why, RCA, fish-bone diagram, etc.
o Be familiar with preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance strategy.
