 给予所管辖承包商更多的日常工作安全监管More safety supervision on contractors who working in routine tasks.
 完成HSE行动计划，并且多做区域现场巡查Implement HSE actions (NC/NM report, Flash Audit etc.). And do more own area supervision.
 确保区域内维修人员和外部承包商零可记录人员伤害事故和零损时伤害记录To ensure zero LTIR and TRIR of maintenance personnel and contractors in own area

* Routine Maintenance Management 日常维修管理
- Involved in planning meetings to organize work for d-day and day after, involved to define urgency and priority 参与计划会以组织日常工作，参与确定工作的优先级和紧急事务。
- With the support of technical team, coordinate related resources to troubleshoot faults in time to ensure the normal operation of related equipment. 在技术团队支持下，协调相关资源及时排除故障，确保相关设备正常运行。
- Manage SAP daily work order, make monthly plan and urge to close it after timely completion. 管理SAP日常工单，制定月度计划，督促及时完成后关闭。
- In charge for execution for maintenance works linked to MOC 负责执行与MOC相关的维护工作
- In charge to investigate before to manage Work Order (confirm diagnosis) 在管理工作许可前负责调研工作（确定故障诊断）
- Check resources available to achieve maintenance works defined (manpower and spare parts) 检查资源的可行性来完成维修工作。（劳动力和备件）
- Monitor adherence to the planning, update schedule and report gaps 监督遵守计划，更新日程并报告差距。
- Ensure that the works are carried out satisfactorily and ensure acceptance (compliance with safety procedure, housekeeping…) 确保工程进行顺利，确保验收（符合安全程序和环境卫生等要求）
- In charge to follow construction for some Capex (including acceptance) 负责一些资本性支出项目的跟进（包括验收）
- In charge to conduct RCA and first level action plan负责区域内的根本原因分析和一级行动计划
- Follow contractors performance in the field and costs for frame contract for work in his area跟踪承包商在工厂的业绩- 表现和在工作范围内的框架协议成本的支出。
- Share reliability issue with his leader and with reliability engineer与领导和可靠性方面工程师分享可行性问题。
- Involved in contractor evaluation and qualification参与承包商评估和资质认定
- In charge to issue SOP for maintenance work and check field implementation 负责编写相关维修作业操作规程和现场检查
- Check coherence of technical documentation检查技术文件的一致性
- Is aware about potential changes in his area and follow training to improve his efficiency 了解所在区域的潜在变化并参加培训以提高效率
- Involve in maintenance monthly meeting参加维修月度会议
- Conduct risk analysis before any work进行任何工作前进行风险分析
- Ensure that workers (Sunke or Contractors) are following Sunke policies确保昇科或承包商人员遵守昇科政策
- Check/study/report incidents and propose action plan检查、研究、汇报事件并提出行动计划
- Involved in case of accident to participate to RCA参与涉及事故的根本原因分析
- Cost control for the involved projects or maintenance activities and follow up potential gaps 相关维修及项目预算中并跟踪潜在的差距

• Education & Knowledge 教育程度及知识
Major in mechanical, chemical or related field，机械、化工或相关专业
• Skills & Experience 技能和经验
o 3 years of management experience, functional work experience, 5 years of work experience, 3年上管理经验职能工作经验，5年以上工作经验。
o Work experience in foreign-funded enterprises, know SAP, ERP, SOP, CAD. 具有外资企业工作经验，懂得SAP、ERP、SOP、CAD等
o Fluent in Office tools. 熟练使用Office工具.
o Professional in rotation equipment is preferred. 有专业旋转设备经验者优先
